Booking Policy

We're delighted you have chosen us. To make a booking a valid payment card must be provided. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required for first-time bookings. We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will happily amend your appointment. (All deposits and card handling is powered by Stripe, who have the very highest security and Level 1 PCI Compliance. Neither our salon team, nor our Phorest Salon Software has access to the raw card details at any stage)

Late Cancellations and No Shows

Late cancellations and no-shows are detrimental across many industries, and we are no exception. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. If notice is given less than 48 hours prior, we will in good faith endeavour to resell the appointment. However, if we are unsuccessful, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply. Any subsequent late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service and in this instance onwards, 100% of the service price must be prepaid in advance to confirm a bookings.

Waitlist

Our stylists are often booked ahead of time. We highly recommend scheduling your future appointments in advance with your stylist in-salon. If you are looking for an earlier appointment than is currently available, you can join our waitlist below...

Exclusive Services Available to Book In-Salon

You'll find that some of the services are missing from our online booking platform.

That's because select services are reserved exclusively for our most frequent and loyal clients. These include services such as quick root touch-ups between main colour services and toner refresh appointments so you can always keep your hair looking its best.

 

You can book these exclusive appointments directly with your stylist when checking out after your main colour service. Ask your stylist for details.
