Proactive Communication

Rigorous Skin Testing
Our Allergy Alert Test includes applying a small amount of colour formula to the arm to observe for any reactions. This meticulous approach demonstrates our commitment to safety, with all stylists trained in comprehensive testing.
Your First Colour Consultation
New clients can expect an in-depth consultation and Allergy Alert Test at least 48 hours before their initial appointment, ensuring that we fully understand your requirements and hair goals.
Expert Corrective Colour
Our team of professional hair experts specialise in corrective colour and transformations. We will take you to your desired look safely, sometimes over multiple appointments, to ensure the health and integrity of your hair are maintained throughout the process.
Mandatory Strand Testing for Lightening
For any lightening that involves three or more levels through the mid-lengths to ends of your hair, we perform a mandatory strand test to ensure the best outcome. For complete peace of mind, if you're significantly lightening your hair colour, it's crucial to only trust a hairdresser who conducts a test before application.
