Booking Policy
We're delighted you have chosen us. A valid payment card must be provided to secure future appointments. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required for first-time bookings. We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will happily amend your appointment. (All deposits and card handling is powered by Stripe, who have the very highest security and Level 1 PCI Compliance. Neither our salon team, nor our Phorest Salon Software has access to the raw card details at any stage)
Late Cancellations and No Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows are detrimental across many industries, and we are no exception. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. If notice is given less than 48 hours prior, we will in good faith endeavour to resell the appointment. However, if we are unsuccessful, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply. Any subsequent late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service and in this instance onwards, 100% of the service price must be prepaid in advance to confirm a bookings.
